AFCAT Registration 2024
AFCAT candidates must get themselves registered on the official website of the Indian Air Force. Failing to register may not permit the candidates to fill the AFCAT application form. The registration process helps the aspirants to have their ID and Password. AFCAT registration helps them in downloading their AFCAT admit cards and checking their results on the respective dates. There are few steps candidates need to follow to get registered.

- Click on Candidate Login link on the home page
- Click on New Candidate for the registration process
- Add personal details including, your email id
- Login id and password will be sent on your email id and contact number that you can change afterward
How to Apply for AFCAT 1 2024 Exam?
Applying for the AFCAT 1 exam is very easy. IAF aspirants have to follow a few steps to fill in the AFCAT application form.
- Candidates must register before applying for the AFCAT examination
- Candidates have to visit the official website and then click on the Candidate Login on the home page
- Enter the ID and password to log in
- Click on the Application Form and fill in the required details

Fill in the Details
IAF candidates must fill in the personal details in the AFCAT application form that include the name, email address, phone number, home address, nationality, etc. In the educational qualification section, candidates must fill in the information of class 10th and 12th, graduation, and post-graduation details.
Verify the details
Before submitting all the details candidates must check the information entered while filling up the AFCAT application form. To verify every detail candidate should go through the application form thoroughly and check if anything is missed or mistyped. For the first time, it has happened that IAF has provided the privilege to the candidates to edit the details in the application form. A correction window is catered to the candidates to make the necessary changes. Although permission for editing the details is allowed, there are limitations to a few pieces of information.
AFCAT Application Fee Payment
After filling up the application form, the next step that comes is AFCAT fee payment. The AFCAT application fee is Rs 550 + GST for all the candidates of all categories applying for the exam.
Uploading Documents
The last step is uploading the documents required for the application form. There are some specifications according to which the documents need to be uploaded. The required documents for the AFCAT application form are as follows -
- Latest passport size photograph
- Active Phone number and Email id
- Scanned copy of the signature
- Scanned image of thumb impression (For men - left, For women- right)
- Credit/Debit/Net Banking Credentials
