The Union Public Service Commission conducts the CDS exam twice a year. Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply for the CDS exam. UPSC had released the CDS I 2024 notification on its official website on December 20, 2023. CDS II 2023 notification UPSC had released on 15th May 2024. Every year UPSC CDS exam is organized for recruitment purposes in the Indian Military Academy, Naval Academy, Officers Training Academy, and Air Force. CDS I exam took place on 21st April 2024 & CDS II exam will held on 01st September 2024. UPSC candidates must meet all the CDS eligibility criteria to apply for the exam. UPSC has scheduled the CDS 1 exam 2024 on 21st April 2024. CDS 2 exam 2024 was conducted on 01st September 2024. The CDS 1 application form is out from 20th December 2023 to 09th January 2024 & CDS 2 application form is out from 15th May 2024 to 04th June 2024.
