UPSC CDS 2024 Exam Date

UPSC conducts the CDS exam twice a year. Defence aspirants or willing candidates can quickly fill in the CDS 1 application form by 09th January 2024 after the link gets deactivated. • Click on Online Application for Various Examinations of UPSC
• The candidate should click on part II and click 'YES'
• The application form will open. Fill in your contact and personal details.

• Registration ID will be generated
• Make the CDS form fee payment. It is mandatory to make the payment else your CDS application form won't be processed.
• Upload important documents like your Passport size photograph, signature, etc
• Click on Submit and take out a printout of your CDS 1 application form

UPSC CDS Registration 2024

Before filling in the CDS application form, candidates must register themselves on the official website. Steps for CDS registration 2024 are:

• Visit the official website of UPSC
• Enter name, DOB, email-id and contact number, and other details
• Registration number and password will be sent on the candidate's contact number and email id. 
• You can change the password afterward after receiving the details from UPSC 

The registration fee for the CDS application form is Rs 200 for the general category. SC/ST/Females are exempted from fee payment.

UPSC CDS I Admit Card 2024

As UPSC has determined the exam date for the first exam of CDS on 21st April 2024, the CDS I admit card will be out on second week of April 2024. The CDS I application form is out from 20th December to 09th January 2024. An admit card is a license or a permit to sit for the UPSC CDS exam. No UPSC candidate will be allowed to take the exam if they fail to bring their CDS admit card to the exam center.

When candidates have filled in the application form of UPSC CDS, they can check the CDS admit card on the official website in October i.e. before 10-14 days of the exam. There are a few steps to download CDS Admit Card.
