The first step towards IES application form is the Indian Engineering Service registration. Candidates can visit the official website of UPSC to register for the IES exam. For registration, there are few steps to be followed.

• Visit UPSC official website
• Click on "IES 2024"
• Enter personal details like name, contact number, email id, DOB, academic qualifications 
• Registration id and password will be generated and sent to you
• Candidates can make the changes in the password afterward.

Upload Documents

The third step includes the documentation where required documents need to be uploaded by the candidate. Candidates must ensure that they have scanned the required documents like signature and passport size photograph. The file of such documents should be in .jpg format. and should not exceed 40 KB and must not be less than 3 KB in size for the photograph and 1 KB for the signature.
